I'm Kittsie, and I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I did my undergrad in Scotland and just received an MFA from USC in Film and Television Production. Though I adore film, I have always been a big baker. I spent about a month in Paris last summer taking pastry classes (and was supposed to be there now), so while I am here in Houston for the foreseeable future, I wanted to bring some sweet and happy treats to our lives... we could all use some extra carbs these days. So that's a very fast introduction to who I am. I can't wait to meet y'all! (And yes, the glasses are 100% real and the entire inspiration of my logo!)
I pride myself on baking everything fresh daily. Depending on the day's orders, I start anywhere from 5AM to 7AM, a cup of coffee in one hand and a mixing bowl in the other! I wouldn't want to eat anything but the best, and I will not serve anything but the very best and freshest!
